Purpose

KreaViral provides tools to prepare, generate, edit, subtitle, assemble, export and, where available, publish video content. The service also includes account and subscription features and a Shop that may offer separate services.

Kréas and creations

The Service may use a shared Kréas balance for images and videos. The cost of operations and options is displayed before confirmation. The two free videos, where granted, remain separate from this balance. Monthly subscription Kréas, bonuses and historical credits keep their respective grant conditions described in the Terms of Sale.

Account and authentication

Users must provide accurate information, protect their access credentials and promptly report unauthorised use. They may sign in with a KreaViral password or, where they choose that option, through Google. Google sign-in does not give KreaViral access to the user’s Google password.

KreaViral may suspend or restrict an Account where reasonably necessary for security, fraud or abuse prevention, compliance with these terms or a legal obligation.

User-provided content

Users represent that they have the necessary rights and permissions for text, images, videos, music, voices, trademarks and other material they upload or ask KreaViral to process. Users remain responsible for their use and must not provide unlawful content or material that infringes third-party rights.

Generated content and AI features

AI features may assist with scripts, images, voice, subtitles, descriptions and hashtags or other transformations. Automatically generated outputs may contain errors, approximations, coincidental similarities or inaccurate information. Users must review results before publication.

TikTok connection and publishing

When a user voluntarily connects a TikTok account, they authorise KreaViral to use the permissions granted by TikTok for the features displayed in the service. Where publishing is available, the user remains responsible for the selected account, caption, privacy settings and accuracy of required disclosures, including the AI-generated-content indication where applicable.

KreaViral is not affiliated with TikTok and cannot guarantee TikTok’s acceptance, processing time, reach or continued availability of a publication.

Follower Shop

Where the Follower Shop is offered, the user must provide and verify the target social account before payment. No social-account password is requested. KreaViral is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by TikTok, Instagram or Facebook. The user remains responsible for checking that use of the service is compatible with the rules, obligations and objectives applicable to their account.

Prohibited uses

KreaViral must not be used to create, host, transform or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, malicious, abusive content, content that infringes third-party rights or content intended to bypass service security. Users must also not attempt to access other people’s systems, accounts or data without authorisation. Some requests may be refused or subject to automated safety checks.

Third-party providers

Some features depend on third-party providers or platforms for authentication, payment, data hosting, artificial intelligence, voice synthesis, security or publishing. Their availability, own terms and policies may affect the relevant features.

Availability

KreaViral may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, security, incidents, capacity limits or third-party outages. No permanent availability level is guaranteed unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Account deletion

Users may request deletion of their Account from their account area where that function is available. Associated data is deleted or anonymised where possible, except for data KreaViral must retain to meet legal, accounting, security or evidentiary obligations.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
