Terms of Sale

Article 1 – Purpose and scope
These Terms of Sale govern paid services offered by KreaViral: subscriptions providing a Kréas budget for images and videos, one-off purchases offered in the Shop, including follower orders where available, and any other service clearly presented as paid. They supplement the Terms of Use and apply to every Order placed on the Site.
Before paying, the Client can review the essential characteristics of the offer, its price, any billing frequency and these Terms of Sale. Confirming payment creates an obligation to pay.
Article 2 – Provider identity and definitions
Provider: KreaViral, a service operated by Frédéric Lebredonchel, French sole trader under the micro-enterprise regime, 57 rue des Grands Champs, 78300 Poissy, France — SIREN 105 716 526 — SIRET 105 716 526 00014 — [email protected].
Client: any individual or legal entity holding a KreaViral Account and placing an Order.
Consumer: any individual Client acting for purposes outside their trade or profession within the meaning of applicable consumer law.
Subscription: a recurring offer with a monthly Kréas allocation and the features of the selected plan.
Kréas: internal usage units allocated to an Account and used to pay for creation operations displayed within the Service. Kréas cannot be transferred to another Account or exchanged for cash, without prejudice to legally required refunds.
Follower Order: a one-off purchase for a specified quantity of followers for the TikTok, Instagram or Facebook account designated by the Client.
Generated Content: any result produced or transformed through the Service, including video, image, script, voice, subtitles, description or an assembly of such elements.
Article 3 – Subscriptions and Kréas
The Basic, Plus and Pro plans respectively grant 3,000, 5,500 and 12,000 Kréas per monthly usage period, subject to an active subscription and the plan actually purchased. Billing is monthly or yearly as shown before payment; in both cases, the Kréas allocation is monthly. Unused monthly Kréas expire at the end of their usage period and do not roll over.
Kréas pay for videos and images from a shared balance. Under the standard pricing schedule, one video costs 100 Kréas and one standard Image Studio image generation costs 5 Kréas. Ten AI image generations and ten final image slots are included in the base price of a standard video; additional units may cost extra Kréas, including 5 Kréas per standard unit under the displayed pricing rules. Applicable options, quality levels and extra charges are shown before an operation is confirmed.
Subscription allocations, bonus Kréas and previously acquired entitlements are tracked separately. Any bonus remains governed by its grant conditions and is not automatically treated as expiring monthly Kréas. Previously purchased credits are neither deleted nor arbitrarily converted because of the move to Kréas. The two free videos, where granted, remain separate from Kréas and do not include paid AI image generation.
If a generation definitively fails for technical reasons, Kréas reserved for the unperformed operation are restored according to the Service rules. A voluntary regeneration or an operation already performed correctly does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund of Kréas. These rules do not limit statutory guarantees or any applicable refund rights.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period according to the selected interval unless cancelled before renewal. The Client can cancel from the Account area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid period and access remains active until then. Where the interface allows it, the Client may also undo a scheduled cancellation before it takes effect.
KreaViral may change prices, quotas or features for future periods. Any change applying to a renewal will be communicated as required by law and will not retroactively affect a period already paid.
Article 4 – Follower Orders
Where the Follower Shop is available, the Client selects the platform, quantity and target account and confirms having checked that account before payment. No social-account password is requested. An error in the @username, link or target account supplied by the Client may prevent or misdirect fulfilment, so the Client must verify this information before confirmation.
KreaViral is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or their parent companies. Third-party platforms may change their rules or algorithms or remove accounts or followers. The Client remains responsible for compliance with the rules applicable to their account. Any displayed start or delivery times are indicative unless expressly guaranteed otherwise.
Where a commercial replacement or retention guarantee is displayed for an offer, it applies only under the conditions presented with that offer and does not affect applicable statutory rights.
Article 5 – Prices, payment and billing
Prices are displayed in euros before the Order, including applicable taxes where due. Payments are processed by Stripe. KreaViral does not store full payment-card numbers. The Order becomes final after payment is confirmed by the payment provider, subject to any applicable statutory withdrawal or refund rights.
Article 6 – Immediate performance and withdrawal rights
Where the Client qualifies as a Consumer, the Client generally has fourteen days from conclusion of the contract to exercise the right of withdrawal, subject to statutory exceptions.
Where the Client asks for a service to begin before the end of that period, the rules provided in particular by Articles L.221-25 and L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code apply. If the Consumer withdraws after requested performance has begun, a proportionate amount for the service already supplied may remain payable where provided by law. Loss of the withdrawal right for a fully performed service or digital content occurs only where the corresponding statutory conditions are met.

Preferably include your name, the email address linked to your Account, the relevant Order and its date. No reason is required. Any unambiguous statement sent within the statutory period is valid.
Article 7 – Service performance and technical incidents
Generation, third-party publishing and Follower Order fulfilment times may depend on technical load and third-party providers or platforms. Unless expressly guaranteed otherwise, such times are indicative.
If a technical failure attributable to KreaViral occurs, KreaViral may restore consumed quota, retry an operation or issue an appropriate refund depending on the Order. These commercial remedies do not limit the Consumer’s statutory rights.
Article 8 – Content, AI and third-party services
The Client remains responsible for text, media, instructions and third-party accounts supplied or connected. Automatically generated content may contain errors, approximations or coincidental similarities and must be reviewed before publication.
Some features rely on third-party providers or platforms, including Stripe, Supabase, Google, Cloudflare, OpenAI, Fish Audio and TikTok depending on the feature used. Their availability, own terms and policies may affect the relevant feature.
Article 9 – Statutory conformity guarantee
Consumers benefit from statutory guarantees applicable to digital content and services, including those provided by Articles L.224-25-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. Subject to statutory conditions, these rights may include bringing the service into conformity, a price reduction or termination of the contract. These statutory rights are not limited by these Terms of Sale.
Article 10 – Availability and liability
KreaViral may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, incidents, capacity limits or third-party outages. Nothing in these Terms of Sale excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Article 11 – Complaints and mediation

After a prior written complaint remains unresolved, a Consumer may use a consumer mediator free of charge under the conditions provided by law. The contact details of KreaViral’s appointed mediator must be published once the mediation agreement has been entered into.
Article 12 – Applicable law
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. This clause does not deprive a Consumer of mandatory protective provisions applicable in the Consumer’s country of residence.
